I’m quite happy as I got promoted at work which was a nice surprise so now I’m on much better pay and it’ll be nice to be in charge of people instead of feeling inadequate at times (I previously shared the role with an older woman who didn’t listen to a word I said plus I didn’t have the official ‘title’ aha.) I had a little drink with my sister to celebrate yesterday which resulted in us coming home and pulling out all the things in my cupboards in a slightly inebriated state as we thought sorting through everything seemed like a good idea (WHY?!?!) Anyway I had to get up at 6am to walk the dog and I’ve only just sat down after cleaning downstairs and I still have a messy floor and need to drag myself into work. Life can be wonderful!
